Summary

restructure OSW node export so only normalized node features are written
drop non-normalized tagged nodes and rebuild properties to include only schema-compliant keys
share _id and ext:osm_id generation logic across node, line, zone, and polygon features

Testing

pytest tests/unit_tests/test_serializer/test_osm_graph.py::TestOSMGraph::test_to_geojson_nodes (fails: missing optional dependency networkx in the execution environment)
